Enabling act for the 1993 concordat

ACT

of 8 January 1998

on the ratification of the Concordat between the Holy See and the Republic of Poland.

Article 1. 
It is agreed that the President of the Republic of Poland ratify the Concordat between the Holy See and the Republic of Poland, drawn up in Warsaw on 28 July 1993.

Article 2. 
The Act shall come into force 14 days after its publication.
